CONSIGNMENT TERMS

NEW CONSIGNORS will receive an initial email from RESALEWORLD with instructions to login to your account.
If this is your first time logging in, your username and password are your email.
ALL CONSIGNORS will receive an email containing a PDF with a list of the gear received and sale prices.
Check SPAM folders if you do not receive the email.
Our system will NOT notify you when an item has sold. Check the consignor login to see your balance and items that have sold.
You are responsible for keeping up to date with your consigned items.
It could take some time, up to two weeks, to enter your consignment.
We DO NOT mail gear back to you but you can mail gear to us.
If an item is inspected and accepted when you drop it off, there is a chance upon second inspection that the item will be deemed substandard and can not be sold.
We will email you with a 1 week notice to remove your item or it will be donated.
We accept consignments every day except Tuesday - "NO TAKE TUESDAY" - until 6:30 pm with no appointment necessary.
HOW TO RECEIVE PAYMENT
To receive a check:
Please call, email, or come to the store in person, and always have your ID and current address, we will always ask you for ID information.
We do not mail any checks automatically, please inquire.
LOST CHECKS:
Checks are void after 120 days. If you need a check re-issued (dog ate, etc) we will deduct $17 from your payout to cover the bank’s stop payment fee.
We will hold on to your money for 1 year after each item is sold.
